I have an assembly installed in the GAC. Using Visual Studio .NET, how do I
create a reference to this assembly in another project in another solution?
Using Windows Explorer, I can see the assembly in the GAC and I can verify
it's there with GacUtil.

The assembly is not in the "Add Reference" dialog on any of the pages and I
cannot browse to the assembly because the GAC hides the files behind a shell
extension.
