I suggest you find a way to work like - or with - dotnet247 (I'm not affiliated, of course).
They are very well integrated with Google. This has two facets: First, when I do a regular google search, they ofter appear with relevant data. And, when I'm at their site and do a search, it's google on their site. Morover, they have a great Newgroups spider. To quote: "About .NET 247's Newsgroups Spider At .NET 247, we're all about increasing signal-to-noise. To that end, when we're spidering newsgroups we try to include only messages that we think are important. ... Here are the spider's rules: Threads must have at least one reply, Messages must appear to link to at least one class in the Framework, Messages shown in bold with the "blip" icon are high-signal, i.e. we think they are important. " Makes sense! You can read messages from the DOTNET archive, unsubscribe from DOTNET, or subscribe to other DevelopMentor lists at http://discuss.develop.com.
