Tlbimport the msscript.ocx. This will give you a com-wrapper. To run
code, simply:
dim iscr as MSScriptControl.ScriptControl
iscr = new MSScriptControl.ScriptControlClass
iscr.Language = "vbscript"
iscr.ExecuteStatement("msgbox ""hello from vbscript""")
