I am sorry. I found the IIS Permissions Wizard but I have not been able to
locate the IIS Security Wizard. Would you help me find it?

Make sure you have correctly run the IIS Security Wizard and enabled the
ASP.NET isapi filter for use (this has to be done after installing the
framework).

It gets automatically run the first time you bring up the IIS manager,
and subsequently by right clicking on your computer node and selecting
Security.

In the "Enable Request Handlers" section, scroll down and select
"Enable C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\aspnet_isapi.dll"

Of course relative to where you have your Windows installation :)

Commit those changes and then you should be able to run ASP.net pages on
your .NET server.

Subject: [DOTNET] Permissions with Windows .NET Web server

I have a Windows .NET server that I am "playing" with. I set it up to
server
up some Web pages but when I access them I get and error "The page
cannot be
displayed". I have a Windows 2000 server and the pages show up fine with
it.
Is there some special permissions that I need for ASP.NET pages with a
Windows .NET server.

Thank you.

Kevin
