AllocationProfiler consists of: 1. profilerobj.dll that is written in unmgd code that talks to the profiling api to get object creation callbacks (ICorProfilerCallback) and get further obj info through (ICorProfilerInfo) and logs it (compressed form) 2. allocationprofiler.exe is the winforms gui that does a pretty graph layout/presentation of this info and slices/dices data.
