Not sure where to start on this one but maybe something like subclassing to intercept system messages. I have a TV card with software in my computer at home and a DSS connection to it. DSS has many channels with different volume levels, and then some channels with different volume levels for commericials. I want to write a program that will level these off before it gets the the sound card. Got any ideas?
