The list itself will be "unpostable" as of 7/1. There are new lists set up that segregate the traffic (and so far, for those who have used them, has done an excellent job). However, it will still be searchable into the indefinite future. They are working on a search system that will search all the lists at once instead of limiting the search to just one list.
