Paul, It seems the Forms runtime code adds a ThreadExceptionHandler to the application. Instead of using an UnhandledExceptionHandler, try using a ThreadExceptionHandler. Application.ThreadException += new ThreadExceptionEventHandler(MyExceptionHandler); Hope this helps.
