Hi all,

Just a quick question on how to properly handle exceptions within code for
example the following function (the DBCulture can be an optional app setting
) so I want to simple continue if the property doesn't exist but
NameValueCollection will throw an exception. Should I use a nested try/catch
or put it into a separate function?

void DoSomthing() {
try {
        NameValueCollection settings = ConfigurationSettings.AppSettings;
        string culture = settings["BDCulture"];

        ... More code here that doesn't rely on the property.
}
catch( ArgumentOutofrangeexception aore ) {
}

Robet.
