>Thanks Kent, > So front page can't be used for design, what's up with that.
1) FrontPage is horrible! 2) See #1 Seriously, though, if you don't like VS.NET, go get yourself Web Matrix. http://www.asp.net/webmatrix/default.aspx?tabindex=4&tabid=46 Created by Microsoft, they didn't want to "compete" against their own product (VS.NET) so it's missing some key features (intellisense, project-based solutions, code-behind creation and compilation), however it is very good. The designer is good, it's lightweight, and should replace FrontPage very nicely for you. >Just because MSoft tells me it's the way to go I'm not really convinced, I >have been burn by them before. I like the idea, but? When I search the web I >get the usual -- you love it -- or -- think they are Satan's children. > >I'm just confused as to what to do. As I said in another post just a bit ago, you need to dive in and learn how to use the webforms. They are incredibly powerful once you get the hang of them. adam.. --- You are currently subscribed to dotnet as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------- Administrated by 15 Seconds : http://www.15Seconds.com List Archives/Search : http://local.15Seconds.com/search Subscription Information : http://www.15seconds.com/listserv.htm Advertising Information: http://www.internet.com/mediakit/
