Here is the deal Glenn, if you did your own research instead of going off of what other people tell you you will see that each of these links are for the ebook ONLY and that there are no code examples. I know that the descriptions say their are code examples but they are not there. They use a technique you probably haven't heard of called, "Copy and Paste"!
