Try running the application from localhost
If you cannot do that,
Make changes in the web.config file
<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
This will display the errors.
The error can be due to various reasons like db error or file not
accessible or version difference etc.
