This is a .NET specific group, so you are in the wrong place. However,
since your question is very basic, I'll give it a shot.

I don't use Visual Studio 6.0 anymore, but I think when the Find
dialog "marks" all found lines, it is creating Bookmarks. By that
logic, if you clear the Bookmarks (search the Edit menu... must be
somewhere) you should be rid of those pesky "marks".
