Chris (CK): Unfortunately, the two recent members that you have seen leave are not the only ones. In the past 4-6 months there has been a lot of valuable knowledge that has left this forum. By my count there are 6 members that are either gone from the forum or no longer post here. There have been two reasons why. The first is that this has become a "do my homework assignment for me" forum and a "I got this job and can't do the work, so do it for me" forum. The second is because of people like "rhaazy" and "Rocky" that resort to personal attacks and foul language. After a while, there is only so much that some people can take so they leave and go elsewhere. rhaazy:
You state that this forum has become like a second grade class. Well, look in the mirror. This forum is not about you. If you are going to use it for your own educational benefit, then refrain from attacking others who are attempting to educate others. All that type of activity will do is drive people away. Plus, that type of activity is no different than a second grade bully who picks on the smart kid. Fortunately, I think you're smarting than you think and that you could actually help others out here. After a few more swift kicks in the posterior region you may actually be proactive in helping others rather than just being a lurker! Rocky: As a Marine (once a Marine, always a Marine) you should know better than to act the way that you did. I know that they teach you self control in the Marines. Set a good example of what our fine military personnel are by being a good example here. To all the others: Thank you to those who recently have stepped up to the plate and started posting in this forum. If everyone takes one message the activity in this forum will skyrocket. Even if all you can post is the Google search link, then simply do that. Or, start asking questions of the original poster (OP) to try to help him/her debug the issue.
