I am not sure about your error, but why are you needing to use
InsertAt function?
It looks like you are using the InsertAt function to add a row to the
end of the dataset.
You could just use DataSet.Table.Rows.Add() function.
Perhaps using this different approach would solve or help you solve
your read only issue.
