It's obvious that he hasn't written a single line of code yet. I'd imagine he'd been procrastinating over the necessary research involved in making the application for some time. The moment he finally got around to it, unfortunately for us, he stumbled upon this Group (He conveniently ignored the fact that this is not a Classic ASP group) and happened to decide that he'd done his share of research. Now it was completely incumbent upon us to help him out.
He's just another one looking for someone else to do his HOMEWORK !!! Lol !
