I'm considering moving a project from 2005 to 2008. It's a legacy project, but I want to be using the newest IDE for maintenance issues.
I'm still going to be using 2.0 Framework. I built the project under 2005 and under 2008 and did a binary compare of the files. They are widely different. Since I am using the same framework, I would expect the files to be the same. Maybe a date in the header changing but these are widespread differences. I'd like any suggestions as to why they would be so different.
