That seem ok. But only file "index.dat" in "C:\Users\toanmh\AppData \Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low" Canot deleted. the exception is occurred: "The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\toanmh \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low\index.dat' because it is being used by another process."
