In console input operation three input methods are defined
1. Read();
2. ReadKey();
3. ReadLine();

When the working purpose of Read() and ReadKey() is same then why have we
defined these both as two diffrent methods
Read() reades a single character and left rest part in the line-Buffer
ReadKey() takes a single character as an input
then why do we use Read()
is there any advantage of the feature of Read() according to which it only
reads the first character and leaves rest part in the Line-Buffer.
