[DotNetDevelopment] mpeg4 from rtp

I get RTP mpeg4 packets from live camera and want to display them on a
winform.
All mpeg4 controls I found read data from mpeg files and do not allow
to stream frames into them.

Can someone guide me on how do I do that?
