[DotNetDevelopment] TabControl: center the tabs

I made a TabControl derived control to draw the tab by myself, and it
works well. Now I want to place the tabs in the center position, and
leave some blank between tabs. As following:

           [---tab a---] [  blank   ] [---tab b---]  [  blank  ]  [---
tab b---]
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


AFAIK, I can't change the position of the tabs.

Any clue is appreciated.
