Per your db rules I would keep an XML file for all the unsent data.  You
could define tags for When a message should be sent.  

 

Not sure how you are going to call your application to work though?  What
frequency will you need messages sent, daily, Morning, Afternoon, Night?
Or will you have to get to hours or parts of hours in the day?

hi,

In database, the date field is automatically inserted using getdata().

So can i use another field for scheduled date?

And comapre the date of insert and date of schedule?

Based on this can i wrk for this application rather than a xml file or
something another?
