Yes the code files within App_Code are in a namespace (lets call it
"MyProject"), while the code behind the aspx files do not the simply
utilize various functionality from the namespace.

Ideally I would like to move ALL mail code to the App_Code directory,
with the eventual goal to compile it separately into a Library used by
the website.
