In my opinion increasing the Font Size of "ALL" the items in ListView
is NOT an intelligent decision. Specially if there are hundreds of
items in ListView. Rather we can implement a Hovering effect for each
Item.

.net 2.0:
"Font" class is a part of System.Drawing (GDI+). Which is built on GDI
(unmanaged APIs). Therefore it is better to create a single object
instead of creating a New object on each iteration. Also according to
this KB Article:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;937214&sd=rss&spid=8291

All the Drawing objects should be disposed explicitly.
