[DotNetDevelopment] Textbox linked to data that is being updated

I have a number of textboxes that has the text set to a number of
datapoints in an array, I am trying to find a way to update the
textboxes when the data in the array changes. It would be too
complicated to update each textbox as it is linked to multiple data
points and there will be 100+ textboxes and only about 12 datapoints.
If anyone has any ideas I would be greatly appreciative.
