Actually i was using Sql server management studio express for database
for the portal development.
bt due to some reasons we had to reinstall the windows. i take the
backup by copying the database file placed at C:\Program Files
\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data\ .mdf & .ldf
now wen i copied those files into same folder nd try to open it. it
says unable to open because "there is no editor available to open this
file"..
plz tell me how can i retrieve the database Or if there any provision
to store the backup Or that dat database will be lost..
plz help me..
