Better solution would be create a windows application and install it all the
systems. That will be truly distributed architecture.

Enough of kidding.

Ankur,
1) Go to Visual Studio..
2) Create ASP.NET web application.
3) DO whatever development u want to.
4) Build them in release mode, .
5) Host it in IIS.
6) And share the URL to your members in the LAN.

As simple as that. A website is nothing but an application on the web.

But , before asking such questions, use google. :)
