Hmmm... I'm not really familiar with the IMS standard (though I just
googled it), but it appears to me that you'll need the IMS schema to
validate that the XML file you've created conforms to the expected
format. As far as populating the file goes, I can't say... the
structure of the XML should always be a decision taken after
discussions with all the stakeholders.
