[DotNetDevelopment] Wait for SQL Update (Table, DB, ...)

Hi

Does someone know how to wait for an update (edit, delete, new
proc, ...) of an SQL DataBase ?
I would like to create a Service that wait on this, and this is one of
the way I'm looking !
