[DotNetDevelopment] Need Solution

hi folks,

   i have a problem, i need solution for the same, i hope i will get
response from the many of my friends...

    here is the prob:

          i have a word document i want to read all the content with
in it, and display same content in html

 PS: user will submit the document and it has to parse and convert to
html format.... using asp.net

  your help will be appriciated...
