Thanks for the replies.
you are correct in that it is individual products and I tried it again
utilizing the correct product but still get the same error.  I wish
this would have been the case as it would have been an easy solution,
but then again, i am glad it didn'tfix it as I would have felt a
little foolish.  ha...:)

Cerebrus:  I downloaded the utility you provided, but am not able to
open it due to the same error and it doesn't look as though there was
an exe provided so am not able to use it.  I tried running through and
setting some of the items mentioned manually with no luck.  Any other
ideas?
