Hi to all,

     I m a excel sheet download. When i simlpy download execl sheet and
then  *dtExcelData.Rows.Count  ** *it gives no no of rows exclude to header
but when i make some echenge(only in data). it gives total no of rows
include header.
plz slove out it.
