Whenever I upload a few files to my webapp using http-post iis/asp.net
restarts the application.

I upload the files and store them in webapproot/files/upload.

I have lots of users on the website and they all login using forms
authentication.

Whenever a few files get uploaded iis/asp.net reloads the webapp
causing all session-information to vanish and interrupts all ongoing
file-uploads.

This causes me alot of grief since all users using my webapp loses
their session-information and all their ongoing uploads gets canceled.
So when they reload the document they are back at the "Please Login"
page...

Is there some way I can tell iis/asp.net not to monitor webapproot/
files/upload folder for file-changes? The files located in that folder
doesn't have anything to do with the execution of the webapp so
there's really no need for an application restart.

I need to have the folder in my webapp, because I'm referring to the
files from my html so moving it outside the webapp is not possible...
