[DotNetDevelopment] a new sri lankan malicious progarm?

hi,
 There is a program named " Spencer NK" developed by a person named
"Pandula Gajaba Kalupahana from sri lanka.." This is claimed to be a
"pen driver utility" but installs into our computer without our
knowledge.
It shows all the features of a malicious program. In fact this has
become a nuisance since it is spread thrugh internet cafes..
I tried my best to send a copy but failed.
Is there any IT professinal/genius who can find what this program is
and advice.
