[DotNetDevelopment] How can I put the app.config file in the appdata directory?

Hi,

How can I save the app.config file in the appdata directory instead
of
the default c:\program files\app dir? In vista the user can not write
to files in the c:\program files\app directory. So I would like to
save app settings somewhere that they have write access to.
