You can learn Winform first, then learn WPF. WPF contains rich UI experience
function than Winform. Winform is easy to learn I think. Once you have
familiar with C#, you will be able to learn WPF.

PS: To learn WPF you should master XAML. But to learn Winform, you only need
to learn C#.
