Is ur os Vista? Anyway IIS is required only for Reporting Services. Since
its a warning message you can safely ignore it and install other components
like Database engine, SSIS, workstation components etc except RS

If you need reporting service too (Assuming that your os is vista) please
navigate to
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934164
as you have to follow some basic steps. I would also like to state if you
are using Windows Vista Home Premium then it is not recommended by microsoft
to install on that edition as IIS7 in Vista Home Premium does not include
Windows Authentication functionality so it will not work with SSRS.
