Dear Dan,

I have asked to him to give access to his machine but he refused, he is
telling that the problem is with the code I have used in the program & he
asked me to verify the code again. He further said TNSNAMES is there & it
is running.

Oracle client and server are in the same machine & he told me not to worry
about the hostname, port etc which are used in the TNSNAMES file.

Wondering what to do now?
