Of course, to make this USEFUL, you want to do your mods from the original all the time, not continually modifying the modified image. :) Probably want a 'reset' in there, and a visible center position and/or an actual numeric delta value.
(yes, I just went and played with a 'scroll' event on the control, to invoke the DoModifyPicture method...very surreal after a bit).
