When you move your mouse over Pic, it will show the Div, and wehn you move your mouse over select, the mouse has been moved out Pic, so the Div will be hidden, when the Div is hidden, the mouse is over Pic next time, the Div show... and go on!
You'd better move the select to the bottom of the Pic or other place, not on the Pic. Hope Help!
