Hi, I am creating a windows Application with the Back-End Database as MySql, Which is in my domain. can any one say me the coding to link to the database using VB.Net to MySql.
Actually i am having the coding but it is not working, i am getting an error while running it as ERROR [IM002] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified in vb.net 2008 To rectify this error what i have to do. I also downloaded the MySQL Connector Net 5.1.7 & MySQL Server 5.0, even though i was not able to rectify that error. and also say me the procedure for installing these two.
