I haven't put a whole lot of thought into it other than this.

When I start chrome, I have it start with one tab. It still
starts in task manager with 2 instances. I believe this is
probably going to be mostly because of the ability to
drag tabs off of the "parent". So it starts off with 2 right
from the beginning.

Now, I have seen other processes, like plugin installation ...
which i denied ... and just the bar was a seperate process.

I think that the only processes that I have seen so far
start new processes could in fact make since in running
on their own without the help of the "parent". They are
just allowing it to interact with the "parent" program ...
like one could drag an image from a browser into a
many of the word processors.

They are always looking to save bytes. closing the separate
window, that has separate tabs does seem to take all
of it's memory along with it. Taking oop to the next level ...
although I hope people don't read this and think it is a good idea.
I think if it were anyone else, I would have removed it already.
