[DotNetDevelopment] Going from develpoment server to production server

Hi,
I'm using sql server express.  I copied my works data base to my home
computer.  If I write a vb program, that connnects to my local data
base.  Then I brought the program to work, how would I get it to
connect to there server, that has a copy of the same data base?
