I recently got this working (although only temporarily) by installing
a free smtp server, and configuring the settings in IIS to run from
localhost, but the particular server I'm using limits me to 10 emails
a day without buying their full version.  Does anyone know of a
reliable (preferably free) smtp server that allows fair traffic?
We're not sending spam, but we'll certainly need to send more than 10
emails per day, so an unlimited allocation is best.  Thanks.
