[DotNetDevelopment] How to connect SqlAdapter in ASP.NET for VS2010

[Shell Solution]

I was following procedures in the C# bible on creating web
applications.
in the database structure creation, it mentuioned adding SqlAdapter
to the component design, but SqlAdapter  does not exist.
Please advise on the new procedures.
