[DotNetDevelopment] Button Click Fires Twice in C# 3.5 ?

Hi friends we are developing a Web Application in C# 3.5 what we are
facing problem is when button is click the event fires twice we have
used Grid and in that Command fields for Editing & Deleting record.
Please suggest why this thing is happening...every thing is fires
twice......
