lol... Seriously though...I've been a software developer for almost 9 years and I don't have near enough software developer buddies...to collab with...sure there's the people at work with but, more often than not, they have the same issues I have. Anyhow...just looking for a small group of web developers to team up with...a group I can fall back on regardless of where I work. Not to mention...I've missed out on a lot of referral money at my job over the years.
