From what I've read, the virtual directory should be set to the
directory or subdirectory that actually contains the web site's
contents. Since my site has the directory structure
/
   ASP.NET
           IBR_Merge

and it is the last of these that contains the actual web site content,
including default.aspx, I used the IIS console that my ISP provides to
subscribers to set the virtual directory to /ASP.NET/IBR_Merge. When
I did this, however, I got the message "Service Unavailable." DId I
make the wrong choice or does the ISP need to fix something so that I
can do this? Thanks.
