The standard javascript that displays tooltip text (on mouseover) in an asp page is not doing it in the same type of control in an aspx (user control). There are three javascript events associated with a span tag: one events is working (popping up a second window). The mouseover show tooltip text is not.
The third event is a hide the tool tip on mouse out; hard to evaluated if the mouseover is not working to display the tool tip text. In the ASP page, the javascript works just fine. Ideas? I've tried a few things in the javascript to assign the text to the tooltip but to no avail. Thank you.
