Shakti, No, you're not hurting any feelings. Our inherent righteousness makes us less susceptible to being hurt.
My extensive experience in this group has been that it is usually the question asker who does not "know what the problem is and what to post". And we do not help those who cannot express their questions clearly. We do not go out of our way for people who cannot even be bothered to make their code readable by posting it to a site such as pastebin. But when the question is lucid and the asker shows that he/ she has invested some effort into the problem, we don't mind creating a mock sample just to help them out. Gaurav Vishnoi has been here for a few months now, but has not taken the trouble to read the Welcome message which includes the posting guidelines.
